Neuch\u00e2tel a toujours jou\u00e9 avec son rivage, repoussant ses fronti\u00e8res pour se d\u00e9velopper. Ce projet pour le Numaport s\u2019inscrit dans ce grand mouvement territorial.<\/p><p>Le rapport au lac se construit par le sol, par la position des nouvelles plantations et par le choix d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments construits qui organisent le cadrage vers les horizons lacustres. L\u2019encha\u00eenement des espaces de la ville, intimes et denses, vers les espaces plus a\u00e9r\u00e9s des berges, s\u2019organise sur plusieurs niveaux descendant vers le rivage.<\/p><p>Ce travail de composition propose une nouvelle lecture de l\u2019histoire de cette ville, en d\u00e9signant les lieux d\u2019articulation entre terre et eau comme les leviers d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du quartier du port. Donner \u00e0 comprendre et r\u00e9concilier les hommes avec leur territoire sont les gestes qui d\u00e9finissent l\u2019ensemble des espaces de la ville basse. Cette compr\u00e9hension se construit par l\u2019expression des diff\u00e9rents moments de conqu\u00eate de la terre sur l\u2019eau<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div (2e prix)<\/strong><\/p><p><em>The Numaport, port of Neuch\u00e2tel embodies a stage which features both the Alps panorama and a more intimate and enduring duet between the city and the lake. Neuch\u00e2tel has always played the push and pull game with its coastline, extending its boundaries for further development. The Numaport project is part of a large regional ambition.<\/em><\/p><p><em>The connection to the lake is achieved through the ground, with the careful positioning of plantings and the erection of built architectural elements drawing the eye to the lake horizons. The combination of <\/em><em>dense and intimate city areas and more open spaces towards the banks, extends over several levels down to the shore.<\/em><\/p><p><em>This composition work introduces a fresh interpretation of the city\u2019s history, by highlighting the meeting of land and water, acting as cornerstones in the port\u2019s neighbourhood planning.
